I'm an EFT Tapping Practitioner & religious trauma survivor!
It's my mission to help others embrace who they really are with Self-Acceptance as their foundation.
Without my own self-acceptance and willingness to see myself differently - I would still be stuck in binge eating, self-loathing, a religion I was unhappy with, and believing that I was fundamentally flawed.
Self-acceptance has given me a pathway to begin expressing my uniqueness and creating empowering ripples in the lives of others!
What is EFT Tapping?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique - it works with the meridian system in the body much like acupuncture to restore the natural flow of energy.
